It was a successful day on Capitol Hill this year! Our delegation of almost 50 MRS members, met with all of the Massachusetts Senators, Congressmen and Congresswomen and/or their staff. We were thankful for the final repeal of the SGR, and discussed with them about issues important to us including the Multiple Phsyician Payment Reduction (MPPR) policy and a bill to repeal this as well as a bill to increase transparency at the USPSTF, whose recommendations on mammography directly affects radiology.
