Winter Forum Summary:
Search One placement agency gave a presentation on the job search process for graduating residents and fellows. Data on the number of openings, geography, subspecialties, and types of practice were presented, and the specifics of evaluating individual practice options were reviewed.

Multiple radiologists from local private and academic practices then gave short individual talks reviewing their opinions on fellowship training; to a person, all felt fellowships were an important adjunct to residency, and recommended post-residency training in whatever field interests the resident. A discussion including these speakers, the Search One representatives, and residents in attendance then ensued. Forum adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
